Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Syscare (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use syscare.it.com and our managed-services platform (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
We collect account information (name, email, organization), billing details, support communications, and operational data about the servers and sites you ask us to manage. We also collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and reliability.
2. How we use information
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, deliver support and security work, send service and billing notifications, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Server credentials
Credentials you store (SSH keys, API tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Access is restricted by role, logged for audit, and never shown in plaintext in listings or logs. We access them only as needed to deliver the services you request.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate (e.g. payment gateways such as bKash, SSLCommerz and Stripe, email delivery, and hosting infrastructure), each bound to protect it. We may disclose data where required by law.
5. Data retention & security
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption, access controls and audit logging.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We honor applicable data-protection rights.
