Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Syscare's website and managed-services platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law. You retain ownership of your data and the systems you ask us to manage.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) in BDT unless otherwise agreed. Fees are charged via the gateway you select (bKash, SSLCommerz, Stripe). Late or failed payments may result in suspension after a grace period.
4. Service levels
We strive for high availability and timely response. Specific SLAs, where offered, are defined in your plan or a separate agreement. Emergency recovery is prioritized but outcomes can depend on the state of affected systems and available backups.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. See our Refund Policy for amounts already billed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Syscare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding three months.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
