Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Syscare. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for our managed-services subscriptions.
1. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the next period. Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, as the service is delivered continuously throughout the month.
2. Annual subscriptions
For annual plans, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused full months remaining, less any one-time onboarding or recovery work already performed.
3. One-time & emergency work
One-time engagements such as hacked/crashed recovery, audits and migrations are billed for the work performed and are non-refundable once work has begun.
4. Requesting a refund
Email hello@syscare.it.com with your organization name and invoice number. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where the gateway supports it; processing times depend on the provider.
5. Disputes
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it quickly and fairly.
